Our Chef David Paulmichl

A native of Laces, David Paulmichl paved his way by working at prestigious locations, where he had the opportunity to cook for personalities from the world of politics, cinema, sports and business.
In addition, thanks to his experiences in Switzerland, Avelengo in South Tyrol, and Arlberg in Austria – under the guidance of world champion chef, Kevin Micheli – he was able to develop his signature style. A sous chef at Paradies since 2020, as of 2022 David heads our brigade, faithful to his motto: "Curiosity, diligence and perseverance are the keys to success".
