2024 is a very special year for our hotel, as we celebrate fifty years in business. From a simple guesthouse to a luxurious 5-star lodging: the story of Paradies is intertwined with a passion for hospitality and the commitment to creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Over the past five decades, we've had the honor of hosting travelers from every corner of the globe. Now, with a deep sense of our past achievements, we eagerly embrace the future with enthusiasm, and knowing that more extraordinary adventures await.
As we embark on this celebratory journey, we have a host of exciting offerings in store for our guests: from exclusive events and culinary delights to special promotions and delightful surprises. Our aim is to celebrate this milestone with you and express our gratitude for the trust you have placed in us.
In 1974, Hotel Paradies opened its doors in Laces, boasting eighty beds and earning the distinction of being the largest hotel in Val Venosta at the time.
Over the years, it evolved into a prestigious 5-star establishment through continuous structural enhancements, renovations, expansions, and various improvements. Each project was dedicated to creating an environment that elevates the comfort and enjoyment of our guests.
While much has evolved over time, our unwavering commitment to sharing moments and creating cherished memories with our guests remains constant. New faces, modernized services, and fresh ideas have found their way into the Paradies experience, yet we always strive to maintain the warmth and ambiance that define our essence.
We delight in revisiting old photographs, proudly reflecting on what we have accomplished. Among these cherished images, family photos hold a special place, evoking memories of shared joy with loved ones.
The annual football tournament held at the Laces sports field was a beloved event tailored for Paradies guests. Host Georg Pirhofer actively participated, and every moment is etched in his memory, accompanied by a smile. After the exhilarating games, refreshing iced tea was the order of the day.
Children have always been an integral part of the Paradise experience. Over the years, we've continuously expanded and enhanced our offerings for our youngest guests. Our goal, both then and now, is to create unforgettable vacation memories for the entire family.
Entertainment for adults has always been a part of our programme. We fondly recall lively evenings with music that brought the hotel bar to life.
Guided tours with fellow guests have always been a major attraction, followed by delightful pit stops at cosy mountain huts, where you can savour delectable barbecues and traditional South Tyrolean platters.
For five decades, the Pirhofer family has managed the hotel with unwavering dedication, heart, and soul. Every family member, from Georg and Annemarie to their daughters Patricia and Marilena, along with their respective partners Andreas and Simon, work harmoniously to ensure your stay is nothing short of exceptional.
