Cancellation & Deposit

Cancellation conditions:

  • For cancellations made up to 31 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged.
  • For cancellations within 30 to 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking will be charged.
  • For cancellations within 6 to 2 days prior to arrival, 80% of the total booking will be charged.
  • For cancellations within 1 day prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged.
  • In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid for the missing days.

    Please note that we may deduct a deposit or the percentage amount according to the cancellation policy in the event of a cancellation for which a fee is charged and early departure.
    Please note that handling fees of € 35 may apply for a possible return transfer in case of cancellation.

 

Trip cancellation insurance: 

To protect you from financial loss in the event of cancellation, we recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.

 

Deposit: 

  • Your deposit can be easily paid through our online payment system.
  • The deposit can be paid via bank transfer. Our bank details: Raiffeisen Laces, IBAN: IT 33 F 08110 58450 000300003832, SWIFT-BIC-CODE: RZSBIT21015.
Prices
  • The prices include the Soft All Inclusive formula, all taxes and duties plus the local tourist tax of € 3,50 per person per day (children up to 14 years free). Intolerances and allergies must be communicated in advance and will be charged separately depending on the effort. 
  • For overnight stays with breakfast only, there is a reduction of € 20 per person per night on the price of the Soft All-Inclusive package (for direct bookings)
  • For each double room / suite we calculate 2 adults paying full rate
  • Double rooms for single use can only be booked for an additional charge and on request.
  • For each room service, there is a charge of € 10 to € 40
  • In case of changes in the VAT rate, the prices will be adjusted.
  • A dynamic pricing system is used. 
Direct flights
  • Direct flights: from 2021 it will be possible to fly directly to Bolzano. For more information, visit www.skyalps.com
  • Airport transfer from Bolzano on request (special price of € 70 per trip, free in travel period A and for a minimum stay of 7 days and at least 2 people).
Check-in and check-out

Your room is available from 2:00 pm on the arrival night until 11:00 am on the day of departure

  • Late check-out "in-house" (depending on availability): room vacated by 11:00 am, use of the entire wellness area and the afternoon buffet € 40 per person
  • Late check-out "Inroom": room can be vacated by 6:00 pm, use of the entire wellness area and the afternoon buffet € 70 per person (depending on availability)
Payment method
  • Foreign currencies: can be exchanged inhouse at the current daily rate
  • We accept the following credit cards: Eurocard, Visa, MasterCard. Please note that payments abroad with an ATM are subject to limitation. Please check with your bank.
Sleep’n charge

You can charge your electric car for a fee. We have 3 charging socket with 380 Volt and 22 KW in our underground garage (please inform us at the reception upon arrival).

Dogs

Dogs: You are welcome to take small to medium sized dogs with you to Paradise. Please clarify this in advance with the reservation. We charge € 25 per day and per dog (excluding food). Dogs are allowed in our lounge, bar area and in the room. In order to be considerate of other guests in the hotel, your pet will not have access to the dining room, the terrace and the sunbathing lawn or the pool and spa area. Upon early request and depending on availability, we also have separate tables available in our Stube and Sunset Lounge, where you can eat together with your dog. The dog owner is liable for any damage to the furniture.

Other
  • All hotel and leisure facilities can be used at your own risk
  • You are welcome to use all our products in the rooms (bathrobes, soaps, shampoos, backpacks, bottles, etc.) during your stay. We kindly ask you, however, not to take the products and items home with you. You can purchase the products in our hotel store. For this purpose, please contact our reception.
