The hiking season is finally upon us! The Monte Sole cable car will take you comfortably to the top, and you can set off for panoramic hikes on the sunny side of Val Venosta. Don’t miss the flat walks along the canals, or the ancient irrigation canals, leading to the discovery of quaint villages and natural landscapes.

Whether it's sun salutations at sunrise or a relaxing flow at sunset, you can practice yoga on our outdoor platform from early morning until late at night in the heart of the Venosta Valley countryside. And what could be more relaxing than indulging in the art of yoga practice amidst the scent of flowers, birdsong and bright sunshine?

If you would like to familiarise your baby with the element of water at an early age, our baby and toddler swimming courses offer a great opportunity to encourage your baby or toddler's interaction with water and strengthen their self-confidence in the water. Through targeted exercises, motor skills are developed, body coordination is improved and the water is perceived as a pleasant environment.


 

Summer is action time! Because with the Paradies teen program, your teenager is guaranteed not to get bored. Our teenage guests can join our teen program 5 days a week and take part in adventurous activities. For example, we will not only experience the thrill of rafting on the Adige river, but also cool off with a refreshing dip.We can put our skills to the test on the minigolf course and experienced archers can hit the bull's eye on the 3D archery course. 
In the high ropes course, we venture to dizzying heights and overcome our fears. A volleyball tournament will ensure sporting ambition and team spirit. For animal lovers, a trip to a horse farm offers the opportunity to explore nature on horseback and build a special bond with the animals.

The cable car St. Marin in Latsch, as well as the chair lift in Tarsch offer ideal starting points for family hikes, challenging peak tours and exciting bike trails. 

From singing bowl meditation to YIN and Hatha yoga - the relaxation programme with Valentina offers everything you need to let go of stressful everyday life and immerse yourself in the world of relaxation. Those who prefer to be a little more active on holiday can work off their energy with various fitness sessions, gymnastics exercises or in the hotel's own fitness room. The best thing is that you don't have to register for the courses and can take part spontaneously and in a relaxed manner. 

Our childcare for children of all ages 7 days a week also gives parents time for togetherness. After our youngest guests have let off steam in our children's playground or playing football, basketball or badminton on our brand new ball court, they can also relax in our family spa or round off the day with a children's evening meal together.

In the picturesque Val Martello, which is located in the immediate vicinity, the delicious Val Venosta strawberries thrive at an altitude of between 900 and 1,800 metres.The special climate with mild temperatures and cool nights as well as the slow ripening under the sun give the fruit a unique flavour.Val Martello is also famous for these fruits, which is why the Val Martello Strawberry Days take place from 15 June to 14 July 2024. During this time, restaurants in the valley spoil their guests with a variety of delicious dishes in which the sweet berries play the leading role.A highlight is the Strawberry Festival on 30 June 2024 with a market and a varied supporting programme for young and old, including musical entertainment. In addition, the Strawberry Trail, which is accessible all year round, invites visitors to explore the fascinating natural and cultural landscape of the valley and gain an insight into the lives of local farmers.
