Chef Emanuele Mazzella knows how to combine tradition with contemporary flair. Innovative techniques as well as the provenance of selected ingredients are very important to him. He consistently creates delicious specialities utilizing local and seasonal products, expressing his personality. His dishes that are divine for the palate and irresistible in their composition. This is the secret of his success in the kitchen, where his motto is: "Elegance and simplicity in harmony with authenticity".
Our chef’s cooking skills are a point of pride: in 2015, he was awarded the prestigious and coveted Michelin star at the Vespasia Restaurant in Norcia.

Our gourmet restaurant welcomes both guests staying in the hotel and those outside. We offer specialties to satisfy all tastes: the menu includes a selection of 5, 7 or 9 courses.
