Laces - Martelltal
| Path: Laces - Val Martello - Laces From Hotel Paradies (650m) we travel to Goldrain and turn left at the roundabout towards Martelltal. The route now takes us uphill for 22 km, first along the straight roads past the strawberry farms without a break, then through the hamlet of Gand and the mountain forests. There are numerous opportunities for going slower and catching your breath until you reach Zufritt Reservoir. The last gentle phase along the reservoir leads to the steep valley end at 2060m. After a well-earned rest, we take the same route back to Laces. |

Laces - Schnalstal
| Path: Laces - Schnalstal - Naturns From Hotel Paradies (650m) we travel along Hauptstrasse and turn right towards Vinschgau. After about 2 km, we turn right at the roundabout into Schnalstal. For 24 km we travel uphill into Schnalstal. The first kilometre takes us through the lit tunnel on Schnalstaler Strasse to Karthaus. The route fluctuates between a 6 to 16% gradient. From there recovery phase to the main village of Schnalstal to the Church of Our Lady in Schnalstal. From the church, we now go up the serpentines that snake high above the dam to Vernagt. We can take it easy along the shore of Schnalstal Dam before we begin the last uphill stretch from Gerstgrass to Kurzras. At the glacier train to Schnaltal Glacier we have reached the highest point (2010m). We return to Laces via Schnalstaler Strasse. |

Laces - Ultental
| Path: Laces - Töll - Lana - Ultental - Töll - Lana - Laces From Hotel Paradies (650m) we ride down Bahnhofstrasse to the cycle path and turn towards Meran. Past the villages of Plaus and Rabland we come to Töll, where we cross Hauptstrasse and continue downhill along the old main road to Algund. In Algund we turn right at the roundabout and follow the cycle signs to the swimming pool at Algund. We come to the wooden bridge that takes us over the Etsch to Forst. We cross it and turn left to Hauptstrasse. Crossing this road, we then head up a slight incline towards Marling. Through Marling and Tscherms we come to Lana where we turn right and begin the gradient into Ultental. The route now takes us along a few serpentines past the turning to Pawigel and into the first village, St. Pankraz (780m). We continue along the valley road to St. Walburg (1130m) and come to Zoggler Dam. Riding along the shore we come to Kuppelwies. Staying on Talstrasse, we continue into the valley to St. Nikolaus (1271m) and finally reach St. Gertraud (1500m). This marks the highest point of our tour. Now we head downhill on the same route to Lana where we turn right at the roundabout and follow the road towards Burgstall. Past Mitterlana and Lana swimming pool, we come to Burgstall. We bear left towards Meran at the roundabout. Continuing towards Meran, we cross the town and head towards Algund and Vinschgau. From Algund we tackle the last gradient and come via the old main road to Töll. From here, the cycle path takes us back to Laces. |

Laces - Stilfserjoch
| Path: Latsch - Schlanders - Pard - Stilfserjoch - Prad - Schlanders - Latsch From Hotel Paradies (650m) we begin our tour on Bahnhofstrasse. At the cycle path we turn right towards Vinschgau. We now journey to Kastelbell and on to Latsch along field and cycle paths. In Latsch we follow the road through the village and continue towards Goldrain and Vezzan, passing through the orchards. Here we switch to Hauptstrasse (warning, heavy traffic) until Schlanders, the chief town of Untervinschgau. Past Schlanders we head uphill towards Kortsch and Laas. Past the pilgrimage church we turn right towards Laas village. We ride through the village following the cycle path signs. Taking the path towards Vinschgau we come to Eyrs where we turn right and again continue towards the main road. After following it for a few kilometres we turn left towards Prad on Stilfserjoch. Past the village of Prad, we begin the climb up to Stilfserjoch with it in view. From here we still have 25 km, 48 sharp turns and 1800 metres’ difference in altitude to reach our destination in one go: Stilfserjoch (2757m). We return to Laces via the same route. If you would prefer to avoid the main road, you can follow the signs to Prad on the cycle track. Note that one kilometre of the path below Tschengels is not tarmacked, meaning it is not ideal for racing bikes, but certainly doable. |

Reschenpass
| Path: Reschenpass - Laces The bike shuttle will take us to Reschenpass (1,500 m) from Hotel Paradies (650m). Our tour begins in Graun in Vinschgau, directly by the church by the Reschener reservoir. The initial kilometres cover a flat route to St. Valentin auf der Haide, then we begin our descent to Mals and Glurns. We will cross through the smallest town in Italy and will continue to Lichtenberg and on to Prad at Stilfser Joch. Our tour will leave Prad for the marble village of Laas and will continue on to Schlanders. We will then enter the lower Vinschgau area, heading to Kastelbell. The last few kilometres of this tour will take us back to Laces. |

Reschenpass - Tanas
| Path: Reschenpass - Schluderns - Tanas - Allitz - Laas - Latsch The bike shuttle will take us to Reschenpass (1,500 m) from Hotel Paradies (650m). Our tour begins in Graun in Vinschgau, directly by the church by the Reschen reservoir. The initial kilometres cover a flat route to St. Valentin auf der Haide, then we begin our descent to Mals and Glurns. We will leave Glurns through Schludernser Tor and will continue on to Schluderns. Our ascent to Tanas (1,580 m) will begin here. We will enjoy superb views of the Vinschgau area on our way to Allitz, before the road descends down to Laas. Our tour will take us to Schlanders, heading towards Untervinschgau, from here. We will pass through the village of Kastelbell and will return to Laces |

Lana - Apfelradweg
| Path: Lana - Apfelradweg - Unterrain - St. Pauls - Kalterer Lake - Auer - Etschdammradweg - Lana The bike shuttle will take us to Lana (approx. 20 mins.) from Hotel Paradies (650m). Our tour will set off for Kalterer Lake from the Lana sports field (270 m). We will travel along Apfelradweg towards Bolzano until we reach the locality of Unterrain. After 20 kilometres of flat routes, our ascent to St. Pauls (394 m) now awaits. Once we have arrived in the village, we will enjoy views of the old winemaking villages as we travel through St. Pauls and St. Michael (Eppan). We will then continue downhill to Kalterer Lake, the most famous wine-growing area in South Tyrol. We will travel around the lake and reach Auer (220 m), the turning point on our tour. We will return to Lana on the Etschdammradweg. The bike shuttle will take us back to Latsch from Lana. |

In Algund, we will cross the high street and will travel towards Marling over undulating ground. We will finally reach Lana after travelling through Marling and Tscherms. We will continue along Apfelradweg towards Bolzano until we reach the locality of Unterrain. The ascent to St.Pauls then awaits us. Once we have arrived in the village, we will enjoy views of the old winemaking villages as we travel through St. Pauls and St. Michael (Eppan). Our tour will then lead us downhill to Kalterer Lake, the largest wine-growing area in South Tyrol. We will travel around the lake and reach Auer, the turning point on our tour. We will then return to Lana via the Etschdammradweg. From Lana, the road leads us on to Tscherms and Merano. We will travel through the spa town of Merano and reach Algund, where the final ascent of our tour will begin, to Tll. From Tll, it is just a few more kilometres gentle ride to Latsch. |

Kaltern - Mendelpass
| Path: Kaltern - Mendelpass - Fondo - Cles - Mezzocorona - Auer The bike shuttle will take us to Kaltern from Hotel Paradies (650m). Our tour will set off towards Mendelpass from Kaltern. Uphill all the way, Mendelpassstrasse will take us up to the top of the pass (1,370 m). The road then takes us downhill to Ronzone and onto Fondo. From Fondo, the tour will take us to the S. Giustina reservoir with its dizzying gorge and on to Cles. We will continue to follow the road downhill to Mezzolombardo and Mezzocorona. We will head back to Auer on the Etschdammradweg. The bike shuttle will take us back to Latsch from here. |

Kaltern - Nonstal
| Path: Kaltern - Mezzocorona - Nonstal - Fondo - Gampenpass - Lana The bike shuttle will take us to Kaltern from Hotel Paradies (650 m). From Kaltern (390 m), we will follow the wine road, passing the villages of Tramin, Kurtatsch, Magreid, Kurtinig and Rovere d. Luna, continuing on to Mezzocorona. From Mezzocorona, our tour will lead us to Mezzolombardo (226 m), where we begin our ascent into the Nonstal valley. Continually pedalling upwards, the road will lead us to Cles (658 m) and on to Fondo (988 m), where the ascent to Gampenpass awaits. At Gampenpass (1,512 m) we will have reached the highest point of our tour. We will then begin our descent via Gampenpass road, down to Lana (290 m). We will load up the bikes and travel back to Latsch with the bike shuttle from Lana. |

Latsch - Tisens
| Path: Latsch - Algund - Marling - Lana - Tisens - Prissian - Nals - Lana We will begin our tour from Hotel Paradies (650 m) and will travel to Plaus, Rabland and Tll. From Tll, we will begin our descent into Algund, where we will cross the high street and will travel towards Marling over undulating ground. The tour will then continue on to Tscherms and Lana (290 m). The ascent to Gampenpass begins in Lana. We will follow Gampenpass road for a few kilometres until the Tisens turn off (650 m). We will travel through the village of Tisens and will continue on to Prissian (620 m), from where we will head downhill to Nals and back to Lana via Apfelradweg. We will load up the bikes and travel back to Latsch with the shuttle bus from Lana. |

Latsch - Mlten
| Path: Latsch - Terlan - Mlten - Vran - Hafling - Merano - Latsch We will begin our tour from Hotel Paradies (650m) and will travel to Plaus, Rabland and Tll. From Tll, we will begin our descent into Algund, where we will cross the high street and will travel towards Marling over undulating ground. The tour will then continue on to Tscherms and Lana (290 m). The Apfelradweg, which will take us to Terlan, begins in Lana. The ascent to Tschggelberg begins in Terlan. After a climb of approx. 11 km, we will arrive at the first location Mlten (1,150 m). The road then takes us further on to Vran (1,230 m) and Hafling (1,320 m) over undulating ground. We will enjoy the beautiful view of the Bolzano and Merano basin on the way to Tschsselberg. From Hafling, the highest point on our tour, we will continue downhill to Merano. We will travel through the spa town and will tackle the last climb up to Tll. From Tll, it is just a few more kilometres gentle ride to Latsch. |

Auer - Torbole
| Path: Auer - Salurn - Mezzocorona - Trient - Rovereto - Mori - Nago - Torbole The bike shuttle will take us to Auer (approx. 50 mins.) from Hotel Paradies (650 m). Our tour will begin in Auer (230 m) and we will head south. After a few kilometres, we will reach Salurn, the border between South Tyrol and Trient. The route will mostly follow the Etschdammradweg, passing the wine-growing areas of Mezzocorona and Mezzolombardo, to Trient. In Trient, we will pass by on the outskirts of the town and head to Mattarello. The Etschdammradweg then takes us past Beseno castle to Rovereto. From Rovereto, we will travel on to Mori and to the dried-up Loppio lake. The ascent to Passo San Giovanni (290 m) will begin here. Once we have reached this, we will continue on to Nago, the village above Lake Garda, from where we will enjoy the lovely view of the lake. A short descent to Torbole will then follow, where we will have reached our destination. |

Latsch - Kalterer Lake
| Path: Latsch - Lana - Apfelradweg - Unterrain - Girlan - Kalterer Lake - Tramin - Margreid Salurn - Etschdammradweg - Lana - Latsch Our tour will commence at Hotel Paradies (650 m) and we travel downhill to Algund. In Algund, we will cross the high street and will travel towards Marling over undulating ground. We will travel to Lana, the biggest fruit-growing region in South Tyrol, via Marling and Tscherms. We will continue along Apfelradweg towards Bolzano until we reach the locality of Frangart. The ascent to Girlan then awaits us. Once we have arrived in the village, we will enjoy the view of the old wine cellars as we pass through Girlan. Our tour will then take us to Eppan and then downhill to Kalterer Lake, the most famous wine-growing area in South Tyrol. From Kalterer Lake, we will follow the wine road to Tramin, Kurtatsch, Magreid and Salurn. This is the turning point of our tour and we will head back to Lana via Etschdammradweg. From Lana, the road leads us on to Tscherms and Merano. We will travel through the spa town of Merano and reach Algund, where the final ascent of our tour will begin, to Tll. From Tll, it is just a few more kilometres gentle ride to Latsch. |

| Path: Auer - Aldein - Weissenstein - Deutschnofen - Eggental - Bolzano The bike shuttle will take us to Auer (approx. 50 mins.) from Hotel Paradies (650 m). From Auer, we will climb up towards Fleimstal valley, turning left after approx. 7 km and will continue uphill towards Aldein (1,220 m). We will then continue along changing gradients to Weissenstein (a famous pilgrimage site) and on to Deutschnofen over undulating ground. We will travel down to Bolzano via the Eggental valley. We will load up the bikes in Bolzano and travel back to Latsch with the bike shuttle. |

Riva (Lake Garda)
| Path: Lago di Toblino - Riva - Torri del Benaco The bike shuttle will take us from Hotel Paradies (650 m) to Trient and on to Lago di Toblino (250 m). We will get on our bikes here and travel along the Sarcatal valley to Arco. We will pass through this beautiful town to Lake Garda and Riva. From Riva, we will travel on the banks of Lake Garda, past the Gardesana, to Torbole and on to Malcesine. The tour will take us further along the banks to Castelletto and, finally, to Torri del Benaco. We will load up the bikes here and travel back to Latsch with the shuttle bus. |

Torri del Benaco - Lazise
| Path: Lago di Toblino - Riva - Torri del Benaco - Lazise The bike shuttle will take us from Hotel Paradies (650 m) to Trient and on to Lago di Toblino (250 m). We will get on our bikes here and travel along the Sarcatal valley to Arco. Our tour will take us through this beautiful town to Lake Garda and Riva. From Riva, we will travel on the banks of Lake Garda, past the Gardesana, to Torbole and on to Malcesine. The tour will take us further along the banks to Castelletto and to Torri del Benaco. We will continue on to Garda and Bardolino with magnificent views of Lake Garda until we reach Lazise, the end of our tour. We will load up the bikes here and travel back to Latsch with the shuttle bus. |
