General Terms & Conditions

Prices are per person per night with ¾ DolceVita board including all fees, taxes and VAT. When booking a room with breakfast only € 15.00 will be deducted from the ¾ DolceVita board price. Underground parking worth € 10.00 per day is free for our hotel guests!

¾ DolceVita board

• Comprehensive breakfast buffet with at least 15 types of bread. Also available on the terrace in good weather.
• Salads, cold starters, pasta dishes, meat dishes, soup of the day, home-made cake and strudel available from the afternoon buffet as well as fresh fruit between 2:30 p.m and 4:30 p.m.
• Organic and Ayurveda teas, energy water and fresh Vinschgau apples available throughout the day in the relaxation rooms.
• Evening meals can also be enjoyed until late (kitchen open until 10 p.m.).
• 6 to 8 course gourmet menu in the evenings with a wide selection as well as a new salad and vegetable buffet every day.
• Vitality menu with 5 courses with calorie details.
• Separate children's menu with healthy meals which your children will find delicious.

Important information about Hotel Paradies

• Arrival and departure: please note that rooms are to be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on your day of departure. Rooms are available from 2:00 p.m. on arrival.
• Cancellation fees: between 29 and 14 days before planned arrival we charge 50 % of the ¾ DolceVita board price. 13 days and fewer before arrival we charge 80 % of the ¾ DolceVita board price per person and day! If you arrive late or depart earlier than planned we charge 80 % of the ¾ DolceVita board price.
• Tip: we recommend our cheap holiday cancellation insurance. The already-completely form will be sent with your hotel booking confirmation. If you decide to take out the insurance it will cover all possible cancellation fees.
• Foreign currencies: can be changed at the hotel at the day's rate.
• The following credit cards are accepted: Eurocard, Visa, MasterCard. Payment with your ec card is limited abroad. Please check in advance with your bank.

• Room service: we charge € 10.00 for each room service request.
• The use of the hotel's recreational facilities is at your own risk.
• You are more than welcome to invite friends to dine with you at Hotel Paradies. The prices are as follows: Breakfast buffet € 22.00, afternoon buffet (2:30-4:30 p.m.) € 18.00, gourmet 6 course evening meal € 55.00, gourmet 8 course evening meal including the dessert buffet € 69.00 per person.
• Day spa: without accommodation only available on request costs € 36.00 per person, meaning that your room is vacated by 11:00 a.m. while you can still use the saunas, swimming pool, towels and afternoon buffet.
• Long day spa: with accommodation and only on request costs € 54.00 per person, meaning that you can keep your room until 6:00 p.m. and use all of the wellness facilities as well as the afternoon buffet.

Pets

• Small dogs are permitted only with prior permission with its own dog basket or blanket.
• We charge € 20.00 per day without food.
• Your dogs are not permitted in the dining areas or on the sunbathing area.
• The dog owner is responsible for any damage to furniture.

The production of a new price list means that all older price lists lose their validity. In case of unforeseeable economic circumstances or VAT changes an adjustment to the prices can be made. Printing errors excepted.
